1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CYVANT360 platform, website and services provided by Cyvant Technologies (Pty) Ltd. By using CYVANT360, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the service.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Data and client information

You retain ownership of the data you bring into CYVANT360. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that data solely to provide the service to you and your authorised users.

5. Intellectual property

Cyvant Technologies owns all rights, title and interest in the CYVANT360 platform, including its software, designs, trademarks and methodologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

CYVANT360 is a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional security, legal or compliance advice. To the extent permitted by law, Cyvant’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the subscription agreement. Upon termination, we will return or delete your data as agreed in writing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
